Nutrition

I believe that there are no “good” or “bad” foods. There are foods that are worth it and foods that aren’t. And okay, there may be food that is bad for you at TIMES, but to dive more into that, check out this blog post here.

My goal is to help people learn how to balance their eating so they include more of the stuff that keeps us healthy, while enjoying the moments and the treats that go along with life, guilt free. Sometimes donuts and cocktails are a necessity – and in my world I get to have my cake and eat it too. Well, actually it’s more about the cookies. Cake isn’t my favorite 😉

I believe that the best diet is one that is going to be the most sustainable. If you are going to see results and maintain those results, there are habits and lifestyle changes that you have to incorporate. That’s why working with a coach – whether one on one or in a group – can be SO helpful. Instead of just trying a million things in a year and failing at them, we can work on making smaller, more meaningful changes that last. Whether it’s jumping in and tracking macros, or starting at base one and adding in more veggies and water – if you need help, I got you.
