how it started

I discovered fitness as a part of my life after the birth of my second daughter. I started as a Beachbody Coach, moved into teaching multiple group exercise formats including Insanity, PiYo, BodyStep, Yoga and more, got my personal training certification, followed by my CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Kids cert. I recently obtained my United States Weightlifting Level 1 Certification as well as my Burgener Strength Level 1 Cert. Nutrition is a huge part of what I do so I also have my Working Against Gravity Nutrition Certification as well as my Precision Nutrition Level 1 cert.

If you can’t tell, I LOVE to learn. I also love to help others live to their fullest potential. I help people believe in themselves and to see things from a new perspective. I love watching the mindset shifts in my clients, my people, my tribe, and I love watching them grow and conquer things they never thought possible.

I also love to talk. So with my thirst for knowledge, my desire to share what I learn, and my love of talking, BS with Beth was born.


Learn and Grow, Trust and Love

When life throws us curveballs, it’s an opportunity to use all the lessons we’ve learned in the gym and learn and grow from the situations. When we trust that everything being thrown our way is happening FOR us, we can develop a whole new love and appreciation for life.

When we move better, we feel better. When we learn how to eat the foods we really enjoy instead of making them off limits, life is more enjoyable. And when we feel better and life is more enjoyable, well – that’s when the real magic can begin.
